Calico Critters Country Tree House - Check it Out
Very nice quality, but pricy without furniture and dolls
We love the quality of calico critters. I couldn't get myself to buy a cheap toy like pretty pony and littlest pet shop that is more fun to look at in the packaging than to play with. However I really broke our budget outfitting our 3 year old with enought furniture and dolls make this fun. If you have th money go for it but plan to spend 400 dollar to get enough of a set. Great quality, so cute and quaint. Much sweeter than a lot of the other crap out there.

Customer review : By far the COOLEST Calico Critters house--great for imaginative, creative fun
We gave this to our daughter (3.5 years) for Christmas, and while it was definitely pricey, it has been well worth it. She LOVES the treehouse and plays with it for hours. Personally, I think it is way cooler than the other Critters houses (i.e. the town home or the country manor) which, while adorable and full of great C.C. detail, are basically just dollhouses. The treehouse lends itself to a whole other level of imaginative play, and contains lots of cool bells and whistles like the slide and the little pond with the canoe, or the trap doors in the porch that enable the critters to climb to the other levels, or the gazebo... and hey, the critters even have a hot tub! Our daughter really enjoys it because she can fit ALL her critters (2 families, 2 babies, the monkeys, and 2 micellaneous bunnies) in it and it doesn't seem crowded... she immediately determined that they would all abandon their previous Critter residences and live in the treehouse together.
